The apartment is disinfected in every change from an expert group with special products. We care about your protection and we want you to be safe, just like your home.

- The apartment is at the 3th floor of the building. When you leave the elevator Is the new door at your right. The doorbell writes "LIVE AS A GREEK". Please, always check the door behind you that is closed. - Please respect all the property. - You are not allowed to open/use the upper closets. - You are more than welcome to use all the articles of the property with respect. - Check in is any time after 3pm. Check out is until 10am. - At check out, you must leave the house keys in the locker you found them. - You are responsible for the keys. In case of loss, you have to pay all expenses. - When you leave the apartment, don’t forget to turn off all the lights and the electric appliances. - Don’t bring other people to the building/apartment unless they are helping you with the luggage. - Smoking allowed only on balcony. Please don't leave dirty ashtray inside the apartment. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor from smoking may be applied. - Respect the towels and sheets we provide. Extra cleaning fees to remove stains may be applied. - No pets allowed. - No parties or events allowed. - Please respect your neighbors and the common areas of the building, keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours 15:00 to 17:30 and 22:00 to 7:30. - If you need HOT WATER, turn up the double switch at panel beside entrance. Few minutes are enough. Please don’t forget to turn off the double switch in order to prevent explosion. - To heat or cool the apartment, you can use the remote control of the air condition. - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
